+im purposely braggadocious but u have to give me credit .. screen saving that tweet video of oj simpson, giving free lawyer advice, and it being a huge and critical turning point in my understanding of this thing, u know, the smartest ppl that have ever gone through jason's lab, whoever they are, avg anyway, could NOT have done something like that if they were in my shoes. im a HUGE reader, my parents are bilingual, they're HUGE readers, my brother is also a HUGE reader, in HS i use to read slashdot & digg, then it was reddit, then i had a twitter account in 2011 and i got into that, and my interests since hs were about tech and world news. like we would talk about w i k i l e a k s during igem, i had read a lot of those. im a huge fking reader, at penn, i became obsessed with the new yorker, i would read that all the time. so this is the thing, from the perspective of jason, why assume that im like anyone else that came into ur shthole, like im like paul wang or something? (btw that was a huge reason i wanted to resign, i did not want to be affiliated with unlettered paul wang, i was like, this idiot is bad for my career, like i was in debashish's lab @ rutgers, why would i want to be affiliated with paul wang, ever)

+or assume im a moron bc i struggled with calc 2 for ENGINEERS prolly the most difficult class at rutgers (others were organic chemistry and also data structures, i took them all!) why assume im a moron when he knew nothing about me, and he did not want to. interesting right. and when i read the news, going back to middle school/hs, i read it critically. im in bioinformatics, why would i be a moron, right? very interesting that's what jason/penn assumed of me.
